House Rules at Green Atlas Villa
Please go through all the rules for an amazing and smooth stay experience at Green Atlas. We believe in transparency and ethics with our guests.
1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 2 P.M. Check-out time: 11 A.M..

Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability due to sanitization and security protocols. It must be approved by the host for smooth checkin / checkout.

Confirm key receipt and property condition at check-in. Return all keys upon check-out, switch off all appliances, and dispose of trash as instructed.
2. Guest Registration & Identity

Only guests listed in the booking confirmation are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors or overnight guests.

All guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in: Aadhar Card, Driving License, Election Card, Passport (for foreign nationals, passport and visa details required before arrival).

Any guests added extra apart from booking voucher will be charged extra on pro-rata basis.
3. Kitchen Usage

The kitchen is available for mothers to heat/ prepaere infant food/ formula at no extra cost.

All other cooking or meal preparations in the kitchen are strictly prohibited.
4. Noise & Music
-
No loud music outdoors or indoors after 10:00 P.M.
-
No professional audio equipment, DJs, or parties allowed without permissions from the hosts.

Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM must be respected to avoid disturbing neighbors. Indoor music in low volume is allowed post 10 P.M.
5. Smoking, Tobacco, and Spitting
-
Smoking, hookah, e-cigarettes/vaping, chewing tobacco/gutka, and spitting are strictly prohibited inside living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, and all indoor areas.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
6. Alcohol & Illegal Activities

Responsible alcohol consumption allowed only.

Illegal activities, including drug use (as per NDPS Act, 1985), firearms possession, or escort services, are strictly prohibited.

Violations will result in immediate eviction, a penalty of ₹5,000 per person, and notification to local authorities.
7. Food & Beverage Restrictions
-
No food or drinks in beds. Damage or stains to bed linens or mattresses will incur full replacement charges.

Beef and pork consumption or possession is strictly prohibited on the premises.
8. Swimming Pool & Balcony Use
-
Pool hours: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily; no pool use after 9:00 AM on checkout day due to filtration process for upcoming guests.

Pool is unguarded; children must be supervised by adults at all times. Management is not responsible for accidents. Hosts / Property will not be responsible in case of any mishap.

No smoking, drinking, glass items, or unsafe behavior in and around the pool area. Proper swim-wear is mandatory.

Balconies and stairways must be used with care; no jumping or horseplay.
9. Fireworks, Colors & Open Flames
-
Firecrackers, colors (e.g., for festivals), candles, bonfires, and open flames are prohibited unless pre-arranged and approved (bonfire and barbeque require additional charges).
10. Footwear & Cleanliness
-
No footwear inside the villa; please use slippers or go barefoot indoors.
-
Eat and drink only in dining areas; no eating or drinking in bedrooms.
-
Maintain cleanliness: Dispose of garbage properly, and leave the villa tidy on departure.
11. Parking & Vehicles
-
Park only in designated parking areas; do not block neighbors or common pathways.
-
Vehicle repairs or washing are not allowed on the property.
12. Security & Safety
-
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
-
Turn off lights, fans, air conditioning, and electrical appliances if not in use.
-
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and host emergency contact numbers.
-
Lost or misplaced keys incur a replacement charge of ₹5000.
13. Damages & Breakages
-
Report any damage immediately. Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear.

Major damage costs will be charged and billed promptly.
14. Add-On Services
-
Bonfire, barbeque are not included in the package and will incur additional charges. Please book these add-ons in advance. It is subject to availability and weather conditions.
15. Payments & Charges
-
Payments must be made in cash, UPI or via bank transfer; debit/credit cards are not accepted.

Meal orders (breakfast, lunch, dinner) must be placed in advance atleast 48 hours prior and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

Laundry service is provided every alternate day during stays longer than two nights.
16. Valuables & Liability
-
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The host/management is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to valuables.
17. Restricted Areas & Property Use
-
Some rooms or storage areas may be off-limits and marked private; do not enter or tamper with these areas.

Do not move furniture or remove any decor items.
-
Registered guests only may use all amenities.
18. Legal Compliance
-
All guests must comply with local laws, regulations, and homeowners’ association rules as applicable.
-
Necessary rental documentation and registration comply with Indian legal requirements.
19. Power & Utilities
-
Electricity backup is available; however, outages caused by MSEB or other providers (especially during monsoon) are not refundable or compensable.
-
Guests are expected to use utilities responsibly.
20. Consequences for Breach of Rules
-
Any violation of rules may lead to immediate termination of stay, forfeiture of deposits, additional fees, cancellation without refund, and reporting to Airbnb and legal authorities.
