   Green Atlas Villa (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides short-stay accommodation and related hospitality services in and around Lonavala/Pawna, India, through our website, booking partners, messaging platforms, and on-site operations

• Booking details: check-in/out dates, guest count, preferences, special requests, payment method metadata (card handling via payment gateways)

• Government ID/verification data where required by law or to verify booking identity at check-in

• Marketing and usage: cookie IDs, device/browser data, IP address, pages viewed, ad interactions, referral URLs, approximate location, and campaign parameters.

• Third-party sources: OTA platforms (e.g., booking sites), payment processors, analytics, ad partners, and social media (as permitted).

4. Lawful bases and purposes
   We process data for:

• Booking and service delivery: to confirm reservations, manage stays, coordinate check-in/out, fulfill amenities, and handle payments.

• Legal compliance: local regulations (e.g., guest registers, invoices, tax, safety, KYC where applicable).

• Legitimate interests: service improvement, fraud prevention, network and information security, customer support, internal reporting.
